The team at Elven are excited to announce that a Mirabooka childcare centre development has been approved by City of Stirling.
The three-storey childcare centre has been approved in Mirrabooka, the Metro Inner North Joint Development Assessment Panel approved the application for the facility on Milldale Way in June 2021.
The childcare facility plans to accommodate 108 children and 21 staff members on the second floor.
Five commercial tenancies and one restaurant or cafe are proposed for the ground floor, with stores and 40 parking bays on the first floor.
